You have an idea for an event, some of the details in your head. But you need help.

Your Sales Manager

It’s the job of the dedicated professional at Anchorage Convention Centers to plan events every single day. When you choose the ACC, you will be assigned a Sales Manager. It’s our Sales Managers’ jobs to guide you, to help you think of all the little details you wouldn’t have considered on your own. We can help with your budget, your room configurations and floor plans, décor rental, planning, timing, flow, and food selections from our own Savor…Alaska catering department.

Behind the scenes, our operations department reads the floor plans and creates the scene just for you. If you want stages, podiums, tables, chairs, cocktail tables, coffee carts, bars, coat checks, registration areas or VIP sections, our operations department will work to create exactly the space you have envisioned with your Sales Manager.

Your Event Manager

When it’s time for your event, you will then be assigned an Event Manager. The Event Manager will be there the day of your event to activate all the plans we have worked out together. He or she will be able to make last-minute changes and ensure that all the details of your event will be carried out with expertise.

Your Catering Manager

Our Savor…Alaska catering department will prepare your food from scratch. From baking our own dinner rolls in our in-house bakery to making homemade pastas, we will create a delectable meal for your guests. Catering Managers will schedule just the right number of servers and bartenders that will be assigned to work your event. Our folks will be there for just for you and your guests.

Whether you’re a full-time or first-time event planner, the ACC staff is primed to make your event a memorable one. If you have questions, we’ll answer them and likely tackle a few queries you haven’t thought of yet.
